A few models in automotive history are as timeless as a Porsche 911 Series. While its technology and performance have improved by leaps and bounds, many tried-and-true things remain essentially unchanged for decades, like the architecture of the rear-mounted flat-six engine and a recognizable exterior design that retains a vintage vibe these days. The 911 has recently been redesigned, but improvements and new models find their way into the lineup every year, spicing up the already proven recipe. The 2022 Porsche 911 is available in a coupe, convertible, or Targa form. With an extremely diverse model range and options, there's the right Porsche 911 for everyone. However, it's always a pleasure to add an individual touch to your car. We have 2022 Porsche 911 accessories and parts for any type of project.
The first model to step into the limelight for 2022 is the Porsche 911 GT3. After being absent since 2019, the fastest 911 comes back with many changes. The major one is perhaps a race-inspired multilink front suspension, a first for a road-going 911. This setup is called to keep the tires planted in high-speed turns while improving steering response. By the way, street-legal track rubber is available for the first time, too. As a pure driver's car, the GT3 features rear-wheel drive and a naturally-aspirated engine which can be paired to a 6-speed manual transmission (a 7-speed PDK is standard). The powerplant is an improved version of the 4.0-liter flat-six found in the previous GT3, equipped with new pistons. The power output hasn't been changed, with the engine being capable of making 502 hp and 346 lb.-ft. of torque and reaching a 9,000 rpm redline.
The new GT3 has a variety of aero bits, but the most noticeable one is, of course, an oversize rear wing. This adjustable unit helps achieve the needed downforce at track speeds, but those who do not intend to subject their car to racing use often can choose the Touring package that ditches this piece. Instead, it has a rear spoiler that activates and adjusts automatically. The new front spoiler and diffuser offer adjustability as well. This year's GT3 is larger, but thanks to weight-reducing solutions like new carbon-fiber body parts, it remains virtually as lightweight as the previous model. In terms of the interior, the GT3 is identical to other 911s, except for ditching the rear seats. Whatever model from the iconic sports car range you own, here you'll find the 2022 Porsche 911 parts to maintain its flawless levels of handling and performance as well as accessories that will make it your very own.
The 911 GTS is known to hit the sweet spot between daily drivability and sporty performance. It’s basically a 911 Carrera plus some performance bits and accessories added from the factory, which would cost more if opted for individually. The 992-generation version of this model is motivated by a 3.0-liter flat-6 that makes 473 hp and 420 lb-ft of torque - 30 hp and 30 lb-ft up from the output of the Carrera S. That energy is routed to the rear or all four wheels via an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox as standard, or via a 7-speed manual as an option. Targa GTS models come with AWD only. The 2022 911 GTS is equipped with a specifically-tuned, 0.4-inch-lower active suspension and Turbo-sourced brakes. Speaking of appearance, more aggressive front and rear end designs along with blacked-out accents set this 911 apart. Its Targa version serves as the foundation for the Edition 50 Years Porsche Design package, set to commemorate the anniversary of the company’s famous design studio. Limited to 750 examples, the model is distinct for its black paint, Satin Platinum accents, unique logos, and staggered wheel fitment.
