Godspeed Project® - Mono-SS™ Front and Rear Coilover Kit
I work 33.2 miles away from my house, 98% of the drive is highway and I work 6-7 days a week. This is my 3 month review. I purchased my Accent new Installed with 100,468 miles and currently have 110,891 miles on the shocks. Installation - No instructions in the box - I had to use parts from my old shocks and struts, which is fine if I knew ahead of time, to be prepared for Installation day. It does say instructions are on the website, so probably my fault for not going threw everything. - Everything fit perfectly, went right into place. NOTHING needed to be modified to make fit. - I dislike the coil overs have zero preset but it would be impossible to preload these. - Still trying to figure out the knobs on the top for tampering. The Drive - Handling is epic!!! These turn the Accent into a giant Go Cart - I dropped the Accent about 3 inches, Waiting on wheels to go lower. Currently Sitting on the OEM 14x5.5 steels -The ride quality isn't terrible but not good either. with low pros, it might get a little bit more intense. - Sticks like bubble gum in the corners Problems so Far - I am not entirely sure what the life span of these are supposed to be but I feel like the have gone a bit soft on me. Could be from breaking in and needing to adjust the preload. - I have been pushing the car fairly hard in the corners, so I hope I didn't pop them. Build quality is outstanding so I don't think a Hyundai Accent would be able to destroy them. I'm taking the whole car a part tomorrow 10/05/2022 for further investigation. Some Dumbass Guy Who Moded an Accent p.s. its stupid fun, best mod so far. Driving a slow car fast is way more fun than driving a fast car and trying not to kill yourself

Love It! But a Few Things to Know.
Great coilover set for the RB chassis (12-17) Hyundai Accent. Works well and has the firmer, more controlled and poised ride I was looking for. A few things to know though. The kit comes with no instructions for installation, spring preloading, or height adjustment. But if you are mechanically inclined, you should easily be able to figure it out. Plus, Godspeeds website has them, but it would've been nice to have them with the kit. Another thing is the adjustable rear spring perch (the pink cylinders with the springs on them) will come in contact with the bump stops for the rear torsion beam on the frame, which will make clunking noises as you drive. To solve this, simply remove the bolt in the center and remove the bump stops. Or if you decide to keep them like I did, just flip them over to the torsion beam itself and secure them with a nut and bolt combo. This will affect your range of ride height settings for the rear, so your best bet would probably be to remove them if you plan on slamming your Accent. One more thing, the tiny fork on the front coilover struts, where the wheel speed sensor wire hangs on to, wont be able to reach the wire. Thats okay, since there is still the bolt-on bracket mount that is right above it and will work fine on its own. If you can get past my findings, I highly recommend these coilovers for anyone, which is probably a few (I mean, Hyundai Accent? Who lowers a Hyundai Accent?! lol), who decide they want to give their Accent a more aggressive feeling on the road, a nice reduction in ride height, and springs that won't sag so easily with passengers in the back seats.
